Abstract:
This electric storage device comprises an electric storage element and a management unit. The management unit acquires a current and a voltage of the electric storage element while the SOC of the electric storage element is in a predetermined SOC range in a process where the SOC of the electric storage element is reduced by discharging the electric storage element and the SOC of the electric storage element is increased by charging the electric storage element. The management unit calculates the internal resistance of the electric storage element on the basis of the acquired current and voltage. In the SOC range, fluctuation in the voltage of the electric storage element is larger than a change of the SOC of the electric storage element as compared with a range where the value of the SOC is larger than the SOC range.
