Abstract:
A degradable automobile floor mat material and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of floor mat material production. The degradable automobile floor mat material is prepared from the following components: bagasse/straw composite polyurethane, stearic acid, a plasticizer, polyvinyl chloride resin, a coupling agent, color master batches, glass fibers, chlorinated paraffin, calcium carbonate and maleic anhydride. The bagasse/straw composite polyurethane is introduced, so that the automobile floor mat has good biodegradability, and the pollution to the environment is reduced. The introduction of epoxidized soybean oil mainly aims to weaken secondary bonds between resin molecules, increase the mobility of resin molecular bonds, reduce the crystallinity of the resin molecules, and increase the plasticity of the resin molecules, so that the flexibility is enhanced and processing is easier. The addition of the glass fibers can improve the tensile strength of the automobile floor mat material, the mechanical property of the floor mat material can be improved by means of the synergistic effect of the components, and the service life of the prepared floor mat is remarkably prolonged.
