Abstract:
An environmentally friendly automotive floor mat material, comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate, 10-30 of carbodiimide modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate, and 5-15 of diphenylmethane diisocyanate; and the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 of a polyether polyol I, 15-35 of a polyether polyol II, 10-20 of a polyether polyol III, 1-5 of microcrystalline cellulose, 40-60 of silicon carbide whiskers, 1-5 of a chain extender, 1-2 of a cross-linking agent, 1-3 of a surfactant, 1-2 of a foam stabilizer, and 1-2 of a catalyst, the polyether polyol I having a functionality degree of 2 and a hydroxyl value of 30-35 mg KOH/g, the polyether polyol II having a functionality degree of 3 and a hydroxyl value of 200-240 mg KOH/g, and the polyether polyol III having a functionality degree of 3 and a hydroxyl value of 300-350 mg KOH/g.
