Abstract:
In the present invention, dehumidification elements are disposed in a spotty manner and are firmly fixed on the surface of fins constituting a heat exchange member. The dehumidification elements each comprise: a plurality of hygroscopic materials formed from fine particles or fine fibers; and a binder for binding the hygroscopic materials. The mixture of the hygroscopic materials and the binder is formed into a pellet shape.
