Abstract:
A dehumidifying and drying apparatus, comprising an air treatment cavity (4), a first and second evaporator cavities (1, 2), and a refrigerating system cavity (3). The air treatment cavity (4) is sequentially provided with a first filter screen (17), a sensible heat exchanger (18), a condenser (7), an axial flow fan (19) and a flow guide grid (20); a second evaporator (15) is of a columnar hollow structure and sequentially provided from inside to outside with fins (15d), thermoelectric refrigerating sheets (15c), a copper pipe (15b) and first heat preservation cotton (15a); two sides of the thermoelectric refrigeration sheets (15c) and the copper pipe (15b) are coated with heat-conducting glue; an outlet of a compressor (6) is sequentially connected to the condenser (7) and a liquid storage tank (8) and then divided into two paths, wherein one path is sequentially connected to a first throttling valve (9) and a first evaporator (10) and is connected to a suction pressure regulating valve (12) by means of a check valve (11), and wherein the other path is connected to a second throttling valve (14) and the second evaporator (15) by means of an electromagnetic valve (13) and is finally connected to the suction pressure regulating valve (12) by means of an evaporation pressure regulating valve (16); an outlet of the suction pressure regulating valve (12) is connected to an inlet of the compressor (6); and serving as heat source compensation, the second evaporator (15) reduces energy consumption of drying while meeting a load requirement, and the sensible heat exchanger (18) is used for pre-cooling incoming air, thus improving the energy efficiency of a system and reducing power consumption.
