Title:
DENDRITIC CELL, DRUG CONTAINING THE DENDRITIC CELL, THERAPEUTIC METHOD USING THE DENDRITIC CELL AND METHOD OF CULTURING &gammad &dgr T CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/006638
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
It is intended to provide a dendritic cell for effectively activating and/or proliferating &gammad &dgr T cells in vivo and/or in vitro; a drug containing the same; a therapeutic method using the dendritic cell; and a method of culturing &gammad &dgr T cells using the dendritic cell. An immature dendritic cell originating in peripheral monocyte is pulsed with a bisphosphonate-base bone metabolism-improving agent to thereby impart an ability to activate &gammad &dgr T cells. Then it is cultured with cells containing &gammad &dgr T cells to thereby activate and/or proliferate the &gammad &dgr T cells. Thus, &gammad &dgr T cells can be easily proliferated without placing a burden to a patient, which makes it possible to practically carry out an immunological cell therapy with the use of &gammad &dgr T cells.
