Abstract:
Provided is a dermatological topical agent that provides excellent skin feel such as refreshing feel during an early period of application, and that is capable of forming a good coating film of a nonvolatile oil agent such as an oil-soluble UV absorbent.　A dermatological topical agent comprising granular gel capsules containing a nonvolatile oil agent, and a liquid containing a volatile medium (b1), wherein the granular gel capsules are dispersed in the liquid, the contained amount of the nonvolatile oil agent in the granular gel capsule is at least 1.5 mass% with respect to the entire mass of the dermatological topical agent, the contained amount of the nonvolatile oil agent in the liquid is 0-14 mass% with respect to the entire mass of the dermatological topical agent, and the contained amount of an aqueous thickener in the liquid is 0-0.25 mass% with respect to the entire mass of the dermatological topical agent.
