A detachable mechanically connected insulation joint with a soft adhesive liner, comprising: two sleeves (6) and a tube (9) both of which are provided with an inner soft adhesive liner. The sleeves (6) and the tube (9) and the soft adhesive liners (7) are each in the shape of a cylindrical hollow tube, and the soft adhesive liners (7) cover the inner sides of the sleeves (6) and the tube (9) by means of injection molding, wherein the outer walls of the soft adhesive liners (7) are seamlessly connected to the inner walls of the sleeves (6) and the tube (9). The surfaces of the sleeves (6) and the tube (9) are provided with a layer of insulating adhesive, and the tube (9) and sleeves (6) are connected by a screw connection or a splined connection, with the connection portion thereof being in the shape of a trapezoid, and the surface thereof being the upper base and the two sides of the trapezoid. By providing the soft adhesive liners (7) in the sleeves (6) and the tube (9) of the insulation joint, the material of the contacting surface is improved, achieving protection of the tube, and since the mechanical components are connected with one another physically and form an internal connection structure, the outward appearance thereof is not affected. The connection is a cold connection, and thus does not result in high temperature damage to the insulation material.
