Abstract:
A one-way valve adapted to a highly corrosive environment, comprising: an inlet valve body (1), an outlet valve body (2), and a valve seat (3), wherein the inlet valve body (1) is connected with the outlet valve body (2), the valve seat (3) is provided between the connection points of the inlet valve body (1) and outlet valve body (2), and is connected with a valve head (4) disposed in the valve body (2), and the valve head (4) is formed of a PTFE material. The contact surface of the valve head (4) and the valve seat (3) is a sealing surface (5) having the shape of a blade. In the outlet valve body (2), a spring A (6) is provided between the valve head (4) and the outlet valve body (2), with an end of the spring A being secured at an opening of the flow channel of the outlet valve body (2). In the valve head (4), a spring B (7) is further provided between the sealing surface (5) and the spring A (6). A layer of low temperature anticorrosive coating is further provided on the surfaces of the valve head (4) and the valve seat (3). The one-way valve addresses the issues of short service life of a valve in a low temperature corrosive environment, and the extremely high sealing pressure required for achieving a good sealing effect.
