Abstract:

A detachable separation module allowing housing elements to be replaced easily, comprising a head part (10) and a connection member (30) for connecting the head part (10) detachably to the housing elements (20), wherein positioning means (18, 22) determining the relative positional relation between the head part (10) and the housing elements (20) are formed in the head part or housing elements, whereby the separation module can be used as a membrane filtration module, particularly used to filtrate super clean fluid, for example, a fluid used in a semiconductor production process.
