Abstract:
A detection apparatus and a terminal device, which can be applied to the fields of autonomous driving, intelligent driving, etc. The detection apparatus may comprise: a transmitting assembly (301), which transmits a first light beam; a light-splitting assembly (3021), which changes a light path of an echo light signal from a detection area to obtain a first echo light signal and a second echo light signal, propagates the first echo light signal to a first detection assembly (3022), and propagates the second echo light signal to a second detection assembly (3023); the first detection assembly (3022), which detects the first echo light signal to obtain a first electrical signal; and the second detection assembly (3023), which detects the second echo light signal to obtain a second electrical signal. The first electrical signal and the second electrical signal are used for determining distance information of a target. When a detection distance is less than a preset value, the detection precision of the first detection assembly (3022) is greater than the detection precision of the second detection assembly (3023); and when the detection distance is not less than the preset value, the detection precision of the first detection assembly (3022) is not greater than the detection precision of the second detection assembly (3023). In this way, the detection apparatus can realize high-precision detection within a full detection distance range.
