Abstract:
This detection device 1 is provided with: a differential amplifier 11; a first electrode 12 connected to one input terminal of the differential amplifier 11; and a second electrode 13 connected to the other input terminal of the differential amplifier 11. The first electrode 12 is covered by a dielectric (DL1). The second electrode 13 is covered by a dielectric DL2 having a lower dielectric constant than that of the dielectric DL1 covering the first electrode 12. When such a detection device 1 is grasped in the hand of a human body, for example, the coupling between the human body and the first electrode 12 is stronger than the coupling between the human body and the second electrode 13, and so an electrical potential difference arises between the first electrode 12 and the second electrode 13, resulting in the differential amplifier 11 having higher gain.
