Abstract:
A detection and identification method for circulating tumor cells (CTCs), relating to the technical field of molecular biology. By means of combining a physical method of capture, a morphological method of recognition, and an immunological method of verification, a scientifically reasonable, accurate, and efficient detection and identification method is formed, featuring simple implementation and high accuracy. Core technological breakthroughs are achieved obtained in retention rate, identification, and false positive rate, and a corresponding detection device and a matching reagent are developed, furthering clinical study and producing important economic and social benefits.
