Abstract:
A device for cleaning a soldering iron tip comprising a base (1), a cleaning unit (2) installed on the base (1) for brushing and cleaning the soldering iron tip, and a driving mechanism for driving the cleaning unit (2) laterally back and forth. The driving mechanism comprises a motor (5), an eccentric wheel (6) connected to the motor (5), a sliding plate (7) connected to the eccentric wheel (6) and a power control switch electrically connected to the motor (5). The cleaning unit (2) is installed on the sliding plate (7), and the sliding plate (7), driven by the motor (5) and the eccentric wheel (6), carries the cleaning unit (2) laterally back and forth on the base (1) and cleans the soldering iron tip placed on the cleaning unit (2). The present invention cleans a soldering iron tip easily, saves on labour, and is highly efficient, thereby simplifying the overall structure effectively and reducing production costs.
