Abstract:
A device for collecting textile waste of chemical fibre cloth during textile production, the device comprising a machine body (1), wherein the upper end of the machine body (1) is provided with a feed hopper (17); a side wall of the feed hopper (17) is provided with a conveyer device for conveying textile waste; a side wall of the machine body (1) is fixedly connected to a first drive electric motor; an output shaft of the first drive electric motor penetrates the side wall of the machine body (1) and is fixedly connected to a first gear (15); guide rails (12) are fixedly connected to an inner wall of the machine body (1) and are respectively located at the upper and lower sides of the first gear (15); and opposite sides of the guide rails (12) are both fixedly connected to racks (13), and the two racks (13) both mesh with the first gear (15). The collection device can dry damp cloth, and cut, by means of a cutting blade (14), textile waste that has fallen off from two sides of a material-sorting plate (11), and large textile waste is cut into small sections so as to facilitate same being broken up into small pieces by a breaker blade (28); and the waste at the bottom of a box body is pressed into a material collection box (21) by means of a pressing plate (9), so that fluffy waste is compressed and the area occupied thereby is reduced.
