Abstract:
An intelligent analysis alarm apparatus for textiles conveying, the device comprising a conveying mechanism (1), wherein the upper end of the conveying mechanism (1) is fixedly connected to two support rods (5); a first horizontal moving device is fixedly connected between the two support rods (5); and a second horizontal moving device, the movement direction of which is perpendicular to that of the first horizontal moving device, is mounted on the first horizontal moving device. A textile at each position on the conveying mechanism (1) can be inspected by means of the provision of the first horizontal moving mechanism and the second horizontal moving mechanism; and an inspection error can be effectively reduced by means of providing two inspection probes (19). When the two inspection probes (19) both find that a textile is a defective product, a height adjustment mechanism adjusts the height of a clamp (20); then, the defective textile is clamped and taken away by means of the clamp (20); and the clamped defective product is delivered into a storage box (21), and an alarm is raised by means of a lamplight alarm (3) to prompt a worker to come and perform processing, such that defective products are processed in a timely manner, and the defective products are prevented from piling up.
