Abstract:
The present invention provides a device failure influence range grasping apparatus, a device failure influence range grasping method, and a program which make it possible to more appropriately charge a call fee for a service non-provision suspicion call. A device failure influence range grasping apparatus 10 is provided with: a reception unit 11 which receives device failure information that is failure information relating to an element constituting a network, user information that is information relating to a service user, and detailed call information relating to an IP telephone; and a calculation unit 13 which calculates a subtracted call fee regarding a call fee for a suspicion call influenced by a device failure by coordinating the device failure information,, the user information, and the detailed call information.
