Abstract:
A device (600) for fingerprint detection can realize in-screen optical fingerprint detection without increasing an area of a non-display region of a display screen. The device is applied in an electronic apparatus having a display screen comprising a liquid crystal panel and a backlight module. A circuit board of the liquid crystal panel has a bent region under a non-display region of the display screen. An opening is arranged in the bent region of the circuit board. The device comprises: a light source (610) provided in the opening, wherein the opening forms an optical channel from the light source (610) to a fingerprint detection region in the display screen; and an optical fingerprint module (620) provided under the display screen, and used to detect an optical signal reflected by a finger placed above the fingerprint detection region and illuminated by the light source (610).
