Abstract:
This draft document generation method involves repeating a question process on a user, regarding at least one constitutional element selected from a case database. In the question process, at least one constitutional element selected from the case database is presented to the user by an output device, a question whether or not the at least one constitutional element corresponds to details of a draft document is presented to the user by the output device, a reply of the user to the question is acquired via an input device, and the reply is included in a reply history. The draft document generation method also involves: selecting at least one constitutional element to be next subjected to the question process, from at least one non-processed constitutional element in a plurality of cases on the basis of at least a part of statistics of constitutional elements of the plurality of cases; and generating the draft document on the basis of a constitutional element indicating that the reply history corresponds to details of the draft document.
