Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a device for manufacturing a liquid food product, the device making it possible to reduce or prevent loss of a food product to the greatest extent possible. [Solution] This device 1 for manufacturing a liquid food product comprises: a liquid food product passage line 2 through which a liquid food product Q passes, the liquid food product Q conforming to product standards; a recovery line 3A that recovers, from the liquid food product passage line 2, a lean solution Q3 of the liquid food product Q that has been diluted by water Q2 remaining in the liquid food product passage line 2; and a supply line 4 that, in the stage in which the liquid food product Q is passing through the liquid food product passage line 2, supplies the lean solution Q3 from the recovery line 3A to the liquid food product passage line 2 and mixes the lean solution Q3 with the liquid food product Q.
