Abstract:
Provided are a device and method for cleaning a substrate glass, the device for cleaning substrate glass comprising: a device body (200); a conveying device (230), comprising a load-carrying unit (232) which can carry a substrate glass, and move the substrate glass into the device body (200); a cleaning unit, arranged in a fixed frame of the device body (200), the cleaning unit comprising a cleaning head which can be extended or retracted corresponding to the substrate glass; and a water pipe unit (240), arranged at the bottom of the device body (200) and used for increasing the humidity in the device body (200), and reducing the electrostatic discharge effect caused by the substrate glass entering the device body (200).
