Abstract:
A fully closed soft water control valve, comprising a housing (1) and a tank (5). A softening medium (8) is provided in the tank, and a central pipe (7) stretches into the softening medium. The housing comprises an inner cavity I (1-6) and an inner cavity II (1-9). The inner cavity I communicates with the inner cavity II and is provide with a waste liquid opening (1-2), a flow channel I (1-3), a flow channel II (1-4), a raw water inlet (1-5) and a soft water outlet (1-7). The inner cavity II is provided with a flow channel III (1-8), a regenerated liquid inlet (1-10), a flow channel IV (1-11), a flow channel V (1-12) and a flow channel VI (1-13). Both the flow channel IV and the flow channel V communicate with the central pipe, and the flow channel VI communicates with the interior of the tank. The fully closed soft water control valve further comprises a siphon device (2), a grille assembly (3) and a piston assembly (4). The siphon device comprises an injection cavity (2-3); one end of the injection cavity communicates with the flow channel I, and the other end communicates with the flow channel III and the flow channel II respectively. The piston assembly comprises a piston body (4-3) arranged in the inner cavity of the housing; the piston body is connected with a pull rod (4-1) and is provided with a groove (4-4) in the outer circumferential face. The grille assembly is arranged between the piston body and the inner wall of the inner cavity of the housing. The soft water control valve has a cutoff function, which can simplify the pipeline structure and reduce the occupied space.
