Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to suppress the reduction, in a wireless LAN, of opportunities in which a frequency band shared between a cellular system and the wireless LAN can be used. [Solution] Provided is a device that is equipped with: an acquisition unit that acquires measurement information of a frequency band shared between a cellular system and a wireless LAN (Local Area Network), such information being provided by a wireless LAN access point; and a control unit that, on the basis of the measurement information, determines how much of the time the frequency band is to be occupied by the cellular system.
