Abstract:
Provided are a device and a method for producing a stretchable laminated sheet having excellent breathability. This device (100) for producing a stretchable laminated sheet (L) stacks nonwoven sheets (S1, S2) and a stretchable film (F) and joins the nonwoven sheets and the film. The device for producing a stretchable laminated sheet comprises a laminating/joining mechanism (48) and a laminated-sheet-stretching mechanism (60). The laminating/joining mechanism has an elongation roll (40) and a horn (43). The laminating/joining mechanism sandwiches a laminate (B) in which the nonwoven sheets and the stretched film are stacked between an elongation roll and a horn and thermally bonds the nonwoven sheets and the film together to form a stretchable laminated sheet. The laminated-sheet-stretching mechanism has a pair of gear rolls (62, 64) having bumps and dips on the circumferential surfaces thereof. The laminated-sheet-stretching mechanism stretches the stretchable laminated sheet that is conveyed between the pair of gear rolls.
