Abstract:
A method for optimization analysis of joint positions in a car body according to the present invention: sets a portion or all of a car body model as a model to be analyzed (S1); sets up candidate joint lines in the model to be analyzed and generates a joint line optimization analysis model 151 (S3); sets variable load conditions (S5); set a target fatigue life (S6); performs component rigidity sensitivity analysis and selects a low rigidity sensitivity component model with low sensitivity to rigidity performance (S7); generates a joint line and component shape optimization analysis model 156 (S8); sets, as the optimization analysis conditions, a condition related to the cumulative degree of damage on a candidate joint line to be retained, a condition related to the rigidity in the joint line and component shape optimization analysis model 156, a condition related to the length of the candidate joint line to be retained by the optimization analysis, and a condition related to the volume percentage of the low rigidity sensitivity component (S9); and provides variable load conditions to the joint line and component shape optimization analysis model 156, performs an optimization analysis, and obtains the optimal arrangement of joint lines 157 and the optimal shape for the low rigidity sensitivity component model that achieve the optimization analysis conditions (S11).
