Abstract:
The inventive device comprises a crucible provided with a holder, a heater and, at least one heat-insulation screen. Said heater is made of basic flexible carbon-bearing material in the form of a cylinder whose ends are fixed between rigid rings which are made of carbon material, coaxially arranged and connected to a power supply. The thickness of the wall of the heater is defined from the following equation: $g(d)?$g(r)?c= 500-8500 J/m 2. K, wherein: $g(d) - the thickness of the wall of the heater, m; $g(r) - density of the heater material, kg/m3; c specific heat capacity of the heater material (at an operational temperature), J/ kg. K.
