Abstract:
Provided is a device for removing liquid from the surface of a steel wire, comprising a tube body (20) and a liquid removal stopper (10); the tube body (20) is in communication with a high-pressure air pump; the liquid removal stopper (10) comprises a cylindrical main body (11), and the main body (11) is provided with a steel wire passageway (12) along its axial direction; an annular first protrusion (13) projects from the end, of the outer surface of the main body (11), near the entrance of the steel wire passageway (12); at least one high-pressure gas passageway (14) is provided on the end face, of the first protrusion, away from the entrance of the steel wire passageway (12); the high-pressure gas passageway (14) extends toward the entrance end of the steel wire passageway (12) and is in communication with the steel wire passageway (12); an annular second protrusion (15) projects from the end, of the outer surface of the main body (11), near the outlet of the steel wire passageway (12); the tube body (20) and the liquid removal stopper (10) are arranged coaxially, and the tube body (20) is arranged around the outside of the first protrusion (13) and the second protrusion (15); the inner wall of the tube body (20) is sealingly connected to the first protrusion (13) and the second protrusion (15). By means of the effect of the high-pressure gas, the device for removing liquid from the surface of the steel wire blocks, at the entrance of the steel wire passageway (12), the liquid on the surface of the steel wire; thus mutual contamination of the solutions of different process steps is prevented.
