Abstract:
Disclosed are a device for supplementing an electrode sheet with lithium and a method for supplementing an electrode sheet with lithium. The device for supplementing an electrode sheet with lithium comprises: two first rollers (1), second rollers (2), lithium strip supply mechanisms (3), first transfer film conveying mechanisms (4), second transfer film conveying mechanisms (5), and an electrode sheet supply mechanism (6), wherein the two first rollers (1) are opposite each other; the second rollers (2) are adjacent to the first rollers (1); the lithium strip supply mechanisms (3) are used for feeding lithium strips (L0) between the second rollers (2) and the first rollers (1); the first transfer film conveying mechanisms (4) are used for conveying first transfer films (T1) bearing first film release agents (G1) and transferring the first film release agents (G1) to the lithium strips (L0); the second transfer film conveying mechanisms (5) are used for conveying second transfer films (T2) bearing second film release agents (G2) and transferring the second film release agents (G2) to the lithium strips (L0); the electrode sheet supply mechanism (6) is is used for supplying an electrode sheet (P0), and the second rollers (2) and the first rollers (1) are used for rolling the lithium strips (L0) into lithium foils (L1) and attaching the lithium foils (L1) to the first rollers (1); and the two first rollers (1) are used for attaching the lithium foils (L1) onto the electrode sheet (P0). Thus a requirement for the consistency of the thickness of the lithium strips (L0) is reduced, and the supply of the film release agents is more flexible, more controllable and simpler.
