Abstract:
Provided are a device-to-device (D2D) communication configuration resource processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a network side of an Internet of vehicles determining whether there is a need to send a wireless resource link reconfiguration message to a device-to-device (D2D) terminal; and when the network side determines that there is a need to send the wireless resource link reconfiguration message to the D2D terminal, the network side sending a wireless resource control connection reconfiguration message carrying D2D receiving resource configuration information to the D2D terminal, wherein the D2D resource configuration information is used for instructing the terminal to perform a D2D receiving resource configuration. The present invention solves the problem in the related art of a time delay caused due to the fact that when a terminal of an Internet of vehicles switches between different cells, the terminal needs to reacquire a D2D monitoring resource by means of a system message or other ways.
