Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for welding a connector (1) to a thermoplastic film (2), comprising a frame (3), a supporting plate (4) carried by the frame and movable relative to this, a welding head (9) connected rigidly to the supporting plate, and at least one annular heating resistor (21) carried by the welding head and having electrical supply rods (20) located at two diametrically opposed points. It comprises means (27, 19) for the diffusion of a cooling gas (20) in the vicinity of the fastening of the supply rods (20) to the heating resistor (21), and preferably the cooling-gas diffusion means comprise channels (19) extending in the welding head and surrounding the supply rods (20). The invention also relates to the mounting of the welding device on a movable frame and its association with a film- blocking device.
