Abstract:
In the present invention, when a current from a current input unit (71) for detecting the current of an electric motor (5) is in a stable state, the power spectrum of the current is analyzed by an FFT analysis unit (8402). A plurality of the power spectrums analyzed by the FFT analysis unit (8402) are averaged by an averaging calculation unit (8406), and a sideband wave of the averaged power spectrum is extracted by a sideband wave extraction unit (8407). When a sideband wave having a signal strength of at least a set value is extracted by the sideband wave extraction unit (8407), an alarm is outputted from an alarm output unit (85).
