Abstract:
A diagnostic kit is disclosed. The diagnostic kit according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a concentration channel into which a sample comprising methylated DNA flows; a concentration chamber which is connected to the concentration channel, and to which the methylated DNA, concentrated via ion concentration polarization (ICP), moves; a sensing chamber which is connected to the concentration chamber, and to which the methylated DNA within the concentration chamber moves, and in which the methylated DNA, which has moved from within the concentration chamber, is hybridized, and in which a methylated DNA-binding protein binds to the hybridized methylated DNA; and a sensor which obtains a first electrochemical signal of the inside of the sensing chamber when the methylated DNA is hybridized, and which obtains a second electrochemical signal of the inside of the sensing chamber when the methylated DNA-binding protein binds.
