Abstract:
The analysis chip for determining an anticancer agent or an anticancer agent combination efficient with respect to a cancer cell, according to the present invention, comprises: a one-unit chamber for analyzing a single cancer cell; and a plurality of valves for controlling a fluid injected into the chamber, wherein the chamber comprises: a channel through which the fluid comprising an anticancer agent and a lysis buffer flows; a cell alignment unit for focusing on the cancer cell flowing through the channel; a cell capture unit for capturing the cancer cell focused on by the cell alignment unit; and an antibody array for capturing proteins secreted from the captured cancer cell, and intracellular proteins via lysis.
