Abstract:
Provided are a dicaffeoyl-spermidine cyclic derivative and a use. Biological activity tests show that the dicaffeoyl-spermidine cyclic derivative has anti-senile dementia activity and antioxidant activity, the activity of the derivative is even better than positive control drugs, and the derivative may be used for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as senile dementia. Also provided is a method for preparing the dicaffeoyl-spermidine cyclic derivative from fructus lycii.
