Abstract:
This die piece for injection molded noodles is characterized by the contact angle of water drops with the die piece surface being 61 - 73° and the water absorption when immersed in water for 24 hours being 0.01 - 0.15% by mass. By using this die piece for injection molded noodles, injection molded noodles having suitable surface roughness on the noodle surface can be stably manufactured for a long period of time without increasing or decreasing the surface roughness (texturing) of the noodle surface over time when injection molded noodles such as pasta and spaghetti are manufactured.
