Dielectric barrier discharge-based atmospheric purification equipment, comprising: a fixed box seat (1), an isolation frame being sealedly provided in the fixed box seat (1) and two independent cavities being formed left and right; an air guide cover (11) sealedly fixed on one side of the fixed box seat (1) by means of a bolt; a connecting pipe (12) concentrically fixed on one end of the air guide cover (11), the connecting pipe (12) being internally provided with internal fan blades which are relatively rotatable; an adapter pipe (13) fixed on the fixed box seat (1) in a penetrating mode, one end of the adapter pipe (13) being communicated with the air guide cover (11); a front filtering assembly (2) fixed in the left independent cavity; and an electrostatic dust removal and purification assembly (3) disposed in the right independent cavity; and a tail exhaust seat (14) horizontally fixed in the fixed box seat (1), one end of the tail exhaust seat (14) being communicated with the electrostatic dust removal and purification assembly (3).
