Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of wet-process phosphoric acids. Disclosed is an integrated treatment method for phosphogypsum. The method comprises: (1) collecting phosphogypsum and thickening same by means of a thickener, and conveying slurry obtained by the thickening to a primary belt filter for treatment; (2) filtering the slurry in the primary belt filter, and conveying filter residues to step (3) for treatment; (3) repulping the filter residues, repulping water and lime milk to obtain phosphogypsum pulp, wherein the repulping water comprises a pressure filtration filtrate and secondary filtering and washing drainage water; and (4) filtering the phosphogypsum pulp by means of a secondary belt filter, combining a filtrate of the secondary belt filter and water washing drainage water as the secondary filtering and washing drainage water. In step (2), first washing drainage water of the primary belt filter is collected, and is subjected to gas-liquid separation, lime milk-based neutralization, and pressure filtration to form a pressure filtration filtrate; second washing drainage water is collected, is subjected to gas-liquid separation, and then serves as first washing water; third washing drainage water is collected, is subjected to gas-liquid separation, and then serves as second washing water; and the third washing water comprises the pressure filtration filtrate and the secondary filtering and washing drainage water.
