A different-pitch flat cable connection structure for connecting a first flat cable part having a plurality of first conductors disposed in a stripe shape at a first pitch and a second flat cable part having a plurality of second conductors disposed in a stripe shape at a second pitch smaller than the first pitch, and establishing electrical continuity between the first conductors and the second conductors, wherein the different-pitch flat cable connection structure is provided with a connection sheet laminated on one surface side at an end part of the first conductors and an end part of the second conductors in which at least one of the surface sides is exposed, the connection sheet having: a substrate layer; a plurality of third conductors laminated on the other surface side of the substrate layer and disposed so as to extend between the plurality of first conductors and the plurality of second conductors in a one-to-one relationship; and a plurality of conductive adhesive layers disposed respectively between the facing surfaces of the first and second conductors and the third conductors.
