Abstract:
A differentially expressed gene screening method and device, which relate to the technical field of differentially expressed gene screening, comprising: obtaining an expression amount of genes to be screened (S101); performing preliminary screening on the expression amount of the genes to be screened to obtain preliminarily screened differentially expressed genes (S102); generating an association rule corresponding to the preliminarily screened differentially expressed genes (S103); and on the basis of the association rule, screening differentially expressed genes from the preliminarily screened differentially expressed genes (S104). The described method establishes an association rule to achieve the re-screening of preliminarily screened differentially expressed genes, and obtains differentially expressed genes that have a higher degree of accuracy, while also saving a large amount of manpower and material resources required for the one-by-one experimentation of screening the differentially expressed genes.
