Abstract:
This digital electric safety control system prevents electrical accidents that lead to, for example, the occurrence of fires in electric power apparatuses, such as switchboards, distribution boards, lighting panels, control boards, and junction boxes, which are electrically connected via, for example, an electrical device in which a power supply-side circuit from the power supply side and a load-side circuit leading to a load are provided in a housing. The digital electric safety control system further prevents the occurrence of accidents such as damage to various electric-power/electrical devices/apparatuses to which the load-side circuit is connected. Supply of electric power from the power supply-side circuit to the load-side circuit via the electrical device is cut off when a temperature sensor senses that the temperature of the load-side circuit has reached an arbitrarily set caution-requiring temperature or that the in-board temperature has reached an arbitrarily set caution-requiring temperature. Supply of electric power from the power supply-side circuit to the load-side circuit via the electrical device is cut off when voltage, current, and resistance measuring devices of the load-side circuit sense that the voltage, current, or resistance value of the load-side circuit has exceeded a respective value set in advance in consideration of each load to which the load-side circuit is connected. The system thus prevents burn-damage to the board and accidental fires.
