Abstract:
Disclosed are a dip padding liquid for wet transfer printing of cellulose fiber fabric and a method for preparing same. The dip padding liquid is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 2% to 5% of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1% to 2% of sodium carbonate, 0.5% to 2% of sodium m-nitrobenzenesulfonate, 5% to 15% of urea, 0.5% to 2% of chelating dispersant, 1% to 3% of anti-migration agent, 0.5% to 2% of paste, and the balance of water. The method for preparing the dip padding liquid comprises: first adding sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate to water and stirring same for dissolution; then adding sodium m-nitrobenzenesulfonate and stirring same for dissolution; then adding chelating dispersant and an anti-migration agent in sequence and stirring same for dissolution; slowly adding a paste and stirring same slowly until the paste is dissolved; and filtering same to obtain a dip padding liquid. By performing wet transfer printing using the dip padding liquid of the present invention, the fabric color can be saturated and well-developed, the die yield is high, and the washing fastness can be up to level-4 or higher.
