Abstract:
Disclosed is a direct drive electric motor with an adjustable starting torque, the electric motor comprising an electric motor body (1) and a bottom frame (2). The bottom of the electric motor body (1) is fixedly connected to a connecting plate (3) by means of threaded bolts, dampers (4) are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom of the connecting plate (3), and the bottoms of the dampers (4) are fixedly connected to the bottom of an inner cavity of the bottom frame (2). Vibration generated by the electric motor body (1) is buffered by means of the dampers (4) and first buffer springs (5), the connecting plate (3) is subjected to stress and moves downwards, connecting rods (10) drive limiting wheels (11) to move in inner cavities of limiting sliding grooves (9), limiting plates (8) are subjected to stress and move, the limiting plates (8) drive linkage rods (13) to move towards an inner cavity of a sleeve (12), and at this moment, second buffer springs (14) are pressed. By means of the deformation of the dampers (4), the first buffer springs (5) and the second buffer springs (14), vibration is effectively buffered, and the problems of the stability of an electric motor being greatly affected by vibration generated by the electric motor during use, and electric motor parts being loosened and service life being shortened due to long-time vibration are solved.
