Abstract:
A direct drive motor controlled by a variable-frequency drive, comprising a motor housing (1). A mounting base (2) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the motor housing (1); a motor front cover (3) is fixedly connected to the right side of the motor housing (1); a motor back cover (4) is fixedly connected to the left side of the motor housing1 () by bolts; a stator (5) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the motor housing (1); the inner cavity of the stator (5) is provided with a rotor (6); an output shaft (7) is fixedly connected to the right side of the rotor (6); the right side of the output shaft (7) penetrates to the right side of the motor front cover (3); the right sides of the top and bottom of the motor housing (1) are each provided with a heat dissipation groove (8); a box (10) is fixedly connected to the left side of the motor rear cover (4); a filter box (12) is fixedly connected to the left side of the inner wall of the box (10); the top and bottom of the filter box (12) are each connected to a suction pipe (14); a suction fan (15) is communicated with the end of the suction pipe (14) distant from the filter box (12); the side of the suction fan (15) distant from the suction pipe (14) is provided with a mounting mechanism (16); the right side of the suction fan (15) is connected to air outlet pipes (17); the right sides of the air outlet pipes (17) penetrate to the inner cavity of the motor rear cover (4) and are connected to a ring pipe (18); the right side of the ring pipe (18) is communicated with air blowing hoods (19).The above technical solution has good heat dissipation effect for the interior of the direct drive motor, and can prevent internal components of the direct drive motor from being burnt due to high temperature, thereby prolonging the service life of the direct drive motor.
