Abstract:
The present utility model belongs to the technical field of electric motors. Provided is a direct drive system. The direct drive system comprises a plurality of bases connected to each other in an assembled manner, and at least one sliding seat spaced apart from the bases, wherein a guide rail and a stator assembly are provided on each of the bases; a mover assembly, which is arranged opposite the stator assembly, is fixed to the sliding seat; the mover assembly interacts with the stator assembly to drive the sliding seat to slide on the guide rail; and the orthographic projection of the guide rail on the base in the sliding direction of the sliding seat at least partially falls on an outer side of the base. In the present utility model, when stator modules and mover modules are assembled, guide rails first come into contact with each other, such that smooth joining of the guide rails can be ensured; the distance between the other parts is slightly large, such that the situation where the other parts come into contact with each other before the guide rails come into full contact with each other is avoided; thus, the assembly difficulty and the maintenance difficulty of the system are reduced.
