Abstract:
The present invention reduces the load of monitoring based on a monitoring video. An acquisition unit (11) acquires information relating to the occurrence of a disaster or to a prediction that a disaster will occur in a region being monitored. A selection unit (12) selects, after the information relating to the occurrence of a disaster or to a prediction that a disaster will occur in the region being monitored is acquired, one or a plurality of monitoring videos from among monitoring videos being monitored by a monitoring practitioner. A transfer unit (13) transfers the selected one or plurality of monitoring videos to a display device that corresponds to a monitoring assistant.
