Abstract:
The present invention enables a local government or the like to ascertain the status of responses to safety confirmations. A confirmation unit (11) conducts safety confirmations for all residents of a certain district, a reception unit (12) receives responses to the safety confirmations, an acquisition unit (13) acquires location information on the residents who responded to the safety confirmations, and a determination unit (14) uses the location information on the residents to determine an area in the district having relatively small number responses to the safety confirmations. An output unit (15) outputs a determination result regarding the area having the relatively small number of responses to the safety confirmations.
