Abstract:
Disclosed are a display apparatus and an assembly method therefore, belonging to the technical field of display. The display apparatus comprises: a display panel, a fingerprint recognition module, a fingerprint recognition flexible circuit board, and a sealant. The fingerprint recognition module is located on a non-display side of the display panel, and the fingerprint recognition module comprises a fingerprint recognition area and a peripheral area surrounding the fingerprint recognition area. A first connecting terminal is provided in the peripheral area. The fingerprint recognition flexible circuit board is provided with a second connecting terminal. The second connecting terminal is electrically connected to the first connecting terminal. The sealant is at least partially located between the display panel and the peripheral area of the fingerprint recognition module, and is used for bonding the fingerprint recognition module and the display panel, wherein one side, close to the fingerprint recognition flexible circuit board, of an orthographic projection, on the display panel, of the sealant is provided with at least one opening; and the at least one opening is at least partially overlapped with an orthographic projection, on the display panel, of the fingerprint recognition flexible circuit board. The present application reduces the probability of indentation and damage occurring to the display panel.
