Abstract:
A display device (2) has a plurality of measurement sub-pixels (MSP), which are outside of an active region (AC), and which do not contribute to display of an image, and the measurement sub-pixels (MSP) are connected to a measurement circuit (MC) that measures a voltage value between an anode (22) and a cathode (25). Consequently, a voltage to be applied to a light emitting layer is adjusted in accordance with the degree of deterioration of the light emitting layer.
