Abstract:
According to the present invention, each of terminal electrodes (20x) that are a first terminal electrode and a second terminal electrode of a first thin film transistor, and a third terminal electrode and a fourth terminal electrode of a second thin film transistor, comprises a lower metal layer (6), a middle metal layer (7), and an upper metal layer (8), which are layered sequentially. The middle metal layer (8) has an electrical resistance and a melting point that are lower than those of the lower metal layer (6) and the upper metal layer (7). At an end portion of each of the terminal electrodes (20x), an end surface of the lower metal layer (6) and an end surface of the middle metal layer (7) are aligned with each other, and the upper metal layer (8) is provided so as to cover the end surfaces aligned with each other.
