Abstract:
This display device (1) comprises a substrate (2), a plurality of light-emitting elements (3R, 3G, 3B) including a plurality of quantum dots (QDR, QDG, QDB) and quantum dot layers (33) that have a first inorganic material (4) filling spaces between the plurality of quantum dots, and an inorganic layer (5). The inorganic layer is positioned between at least two of the light-emitting elements. Furthermore, the inorganic layer contains a second inorganic material having a semiconductor or insulator for which the band gap is 2.8 eV or greater.
